The Journal follows an open-access publishing in which all articles are freely accessible to readers without subscription or registration. This policy ensures wider dissemination of research, increased visibility of published work, and equitable access to scholarly knowledge for the global academic community.

Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the scope of the journal. Each manuscript is evaluated with respect to the quality of its research framework, methodological rigor, and contribution to existing scholarly literature.

The editorial process is evaluated in an objective and transparent manner, ensuring consistency and independence in decision-making. Factors such as authorship, institutional affiliation, or external considerations do not influence editorial judgments, thereby maintaining the integrity of the publication process.

Authors, reviewers, and editors are required to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that may influence the submission, review, or publication process, in order to ensure transparency and maintain the integrity of scholarly communication.

The journal adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to uphold ethical standards in scholarly publishing and to prevent misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and duplicate or redundant publication.

All submitted manuscripts must maintain a similarity index below 10%, excluding references. Plagiarism detection software is employed to ensure originality and uphold the integrity of published research.

The journal permits limited use of AI-assisted tools up to a maximum of 5% solely for language refinement, grammar correction, and formatting. The use of AI for generating research content, data analysis, interpretation, figures, or conclusions is not permitted. Any AI assistance must be clearly disclosed, and authors remain fully responsible for the originality and accuracy of the manuscript.

The journal employs a transparent double-blind peer-review process, in which both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous, ensuring an objective and impartial evaluation of all submitted manuscripts.

Corrections, retractions, or withdrawals of published articles are issued when significant errors, ethical violations, or instances of research misconduct are identified, in order to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the scholarly record.

Published articles are systematically archived in institutional repositories and maintained through secure digital backups, ensuring their long-term preservation and continued accessibility for the scholarly community

As the journal does not charge any Article Processing Fees, all submissions are published free of cost, and therefore, waiver requests are not applicable.

Complaints related to editorial decisions, peer review, or ethical concerns are addressed promptly and confidentially by the Editorial Committee to ensure proper resolution while maintaining the integrity of the review and publication process.

The journal does not permit commercial advertisements that could compromise academic integrity, ensuring that all published content remains unbiased and solely focused on scholarly research.

Authors are encouraged to make their supporting research data accessible, where appropriate, in accordance with ethical standards, to promote transparency, reproducibility, and further scholarly use of the findings.

All research involving human participants must include a clear statement confirming that informed consent was obtained, ensuring that participants are aware of the study objectives, procedures, and their rights in accordance with ethical guidelines

All studies involving human participants or animals must strictly adhere to institutional, national, and internationally recognized ethical guidelines to ensure the welfare, safety, and rights of subjects throughout the research process.
