The project is a contemporary urban residence defined by soft-edged geometry and layered horizontal planes that create a distinctive and elegant architectural identity. Rounded slab edges and continuous balconies lend visual fluidity to the massing, while projecting volumes enhance spatial depth and climatic performance.
A restrained material palette of light-toned concrete, white surfaces, and warm vertical wooden fins establishes a balance between solidity and warmth. Large glazed openings and recessed balconies promote natural light, ventilation, and a strong indoor–outdoor connection. Vertical screens and facade elements provide privacy, solar control, and articulation to the elevation.
The design responds sensitively to its residential context through controlled boundary treatments and integrated landscaping, softening the interface between the building and the street. Subtle lighting integrated into slab edges further accentuates the form and enhances the building’s presence after dusk.
Overall, the residence embodies a modern architectural language that prioritizes comfort, climate responsiveness, and refined contemporary expression.
