The project is a contemporary multi-storey residence that responds sensitively to its urban context through a balanced composition of form, material, and landscape. The architecture is articulated as stacked horizontal volumes, softened by deep balconies, projecting slabs, and vertical screening elements that create a dynamic yet restrained facade.
A neutral palette of white surfaces is complemented by exposed brickwork, textured concrete, and vertical metal louvers, providing visual depth while addressing privacy, shading, and ventilation. Large openings and semi-open balconies promote natural light and cross-ventilation, reinforcing a strong indoor–outdoor relationship.
The rooftop pergola forms a climatic and social extension of the living spaces, integrating greenery and filtered light to enhance usability throughout the year. Landscape buffers and boundary treatments are carefully designed to mediate between the public street and private interiors.
Overall, the design embodies a modern residential language that is functional, climate-responsive, and rooted in contemporary urban living.
