CONCEPT

This contemporary corner residence explores clean geometry, layered volumes, and a restrained material palette to create a refined urban identity. The design emphasizes horizontal articulation through cantilevered slabs, deep overhangs, and recessed balconies, enhancing both visual depth and climatic performance. A combination of white surfaces, textured stone cladding, and warm wooden accents defines the facade, balancing solidity with openness.

DESIGN DESCRIPTION

The building massing is articulated through cantilevered slabs, deep overhangs, and recessed balconies, which not only enhance the sculptural quality of the structure but also provide effective shading and thermal comfort. Materiality plays a key role; a neutral palette of white plastered surfaces is complemented by textured Grey stone cladding, adding depth and contrast. Warm wooden accents in the form of louvers and screens soften the composition, while large glazed openings ensure ample natural light and a strong connection to the landscape.
