The design is driven by a minimalist architectural language, emphasizing clear geometry, vertical articulation, and balanced proportions. The massing is composed of a central vertical core flanked by residential units, creating a visually stable and well-organized elevation. Subtle material contrasts add warmth and character without overpowering the overall composition.
The facade features a neutral color palette dominated by off-white and light Grey tones, complemented by earthy accent panels at the upper levels. Horizontal balcony slabs and vertical fins create a strong rhythm, while recessed balconies add depth and shadow, enhancing visual interest. Metal balcony railings maintain transparency and contribute to the modern aesthetic.
Each residential unit is provided with private balconies, encouraging indoor–outdoor living. Large windows and sliding doors ensure ample natural light and cross-ventilation, improving comfort and energy efficiency. Integrated planter elements introduce greenery, softening the facade and reinforcing a connection to nature.
The building is elevated on stilt columns, accommodating covered parking and services at ground level. This approach keeps the site visually open, enhances ventilation, and provides a clear, welcoming entry sequence. Secure access gates define vehicular and pedestrian movement.
The project delivers a modern, comfortable residential environment through thoughtful massing, functional planning, and understated elegance. It reflects a balance between aesthetic clarity, livability, and sustainable urban living.
