CONCEPT

The project serves as a contemporary interpretation of Classical Revivalism. By utilizing a monochromatic white palette, the building emphasizes form and shadow over color. The layering of horizontal balconies creates a "wedding cake" effect, common in luxury urban residences where verticality must be balanced with grand architectural gestures.

DESIGN DESCRIPTION

  • Massing: A three-story structure with a partial rooftop terrace. The massing is strictly rectangular but softened by protruding cornices and balconies.
  • Symmetry: The facade is anchored by a rhythmic arrangement of Corinthian-style columns that span the upper floors, providing structural visual support and a sense of order.
  • Horizontal Emphasis: Heavy, multi-tiered moldings and entablatures separate each floor, grounding the building and visually expanding its width.
