Any information shared with NYVO or its affiliates as part of a consulting engagement or technology implementation shall be treated as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose or misuse any proprietary or sensitive information except as required by law or with prior written consent.
All data collected, processed, and stored by NYVO is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. By using NYVO Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
